Earth Hour... we participated with candle light for dinner this past Saturday ... It was not easy we shut off all our unnecessary lighting and with a dinning room full of customers turned our almost dim-able florescent lights down and lite candles. It was important to show support for the idea that we all can make a difference in what and how we work and use our resources.
